UGL specializes in toll blending and packaging services for both lubricants and greases, offering a range of options from bulk packaging to small retail packages, ranging from 200ml to 210L.
UGL utilizes stainless steel, carbon steel, and high-density polyethylene mixing vessels to produce oil blends, lubricants, and greases. Our multiple mixing vessels, along with variable speed blenders, offer customers batch size flexibility and the capacity for large campaigns and multiple projects.
Our manufacturing plants feature fully automated lines for filling and packaging small containers. Additionally, we have integrated online batch prints and quality monitoring systems to ensure accurate tracking and quality control over the performance of packed goods.

We offer a diverse range of package filling lines, including options for 500ml, 1 litre, 4 litre, 5 litre, 20 litre, 25 litre, 210 litre, and bulk tankers. Our annual blending capacity is 210,000 KL, complemented by 15 base oil storage tanks with a capacity of 4,200 MT.
UGL offers customized lubricant packaging services tailored to your needs. Our facilities and skilled labor enable us to efficiently package bulk materials into smaller containers or consolidate smaller containers into bulk quantities as per your specifications.
